Hydrofluoroether
CL7100 CL7200

Product Introduction
Hydrofluoroether is a compound composed of hydrogen, fluorine, oxygen, and carbon atoms, with an ether structure, zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), low global warming potential (GWP), and short atmospheric residence time. It is considered an ideal substitute for CFCs.
In addition to its excellent environmental properties, hydrofluoroethers also have excellent thermal and chemical stability, moderate solubility, low toxicity, non corrosiveness, non flammability, no smoke and dust production, and good material compatibility. They are easy to store and transport and are widely used in many fields such as medicine, electronics, metals, precision equipment, optical lenses, communications, and aerospace.

Hydrofluoroether 7100 and 7200 are designated as Acceptable (unrestricted use) and have been excluded from the list of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by the US Department of Environmental Protection (EPA) as cleaning agents and refrigerants on the SNAP list. Can be used in manufacturing industries such as precision instruments, electronics, semiconductors, high-end medical equipment, aerospace, etc.
Application
- Cleaning AgentUsed as a cleaning agent, this series of products has the ability to penetrate small gaps in complex components, and can be used to clean particles and impurities in precision electronic parts, clean FOUPs (Front Open Standard Round Boxes), clean LCD/OLED displays, optical parts and lenses, clean semiconductor etching chambers and parts, remove fluorine residue deposits, clean automotive engine parts, clean aviation engines, oxygen pipeline equipment, clean medical equipment parts, etc;
- SolventAs a solvent, it can be used as a medium for airtightness testing and voltage resistance testing, as a diluent for electronic coatings, screen coatings, fluorine oil, fluorine resin, fluorine coating diluent, reaction solvent, and extraction solvent for analysis;
- RefrigerantUsed as a refrigerant, it can be used as a temperature controlled refrigerant for dry etching devices, lithography devices, ion jetting devices, probes, and information processing devices, as well as immersive refrigerants for data centers and power devices.
