The products are mainly used in data centers, aerospace, nuclear industry and other fields. Hydrofluoroether (HFE) has an annual production capacity of 600 tons and is mainly used as a cleaning agent and solvent in high-precision electronic and semiconductor cleaning, medical and other fields.
